Straightforward Billing
Your first Infinite Energy gas bill will generate four to six weeks after your services begin. However, if you choose our prepay product, Infinite Advance, you will receive your first bill approximately seven business days after your services begin, and it will cover your estimated charges for the upcoming month.
While Infinite Energy supplies the natural gas you use, Atlanta Gas Light Company owns the pipelines that deliver gas to your home. AGLC technicians read your meter, respond to emergencies and repair and maintain your delivery pipelines.
The monthly base charges are assessed by Atlanta Gas Light Company to cover the costs of maintaining and constructing the pipelines and equipment that distribute natural gas directly to your home or business. These charges are approved by the Georgia Public Service Commission and passed through to you without markup from Infinite Energy.
